The title “Fake” is a tongue in cheek reference to the common misunderstanding of computer art as unauthentic. The works in this series are printed digital manipulations of original paintings that are then painted again. The subjects of the paintings are arbitrary, the focus being paint and its exploration through digitalization and back. It is an effort to create a hybrid of originality and variability.
